Paul Kerruish

Paul is one of the Isle of Man’s leading private client and commercial lawyers.

Paul has had considerable experience in a wide range of practice areas including several years involvement in some of the Island’s largest forensic tracing cases. This gives Paul a unique background in both complex litigation matters as well as in more recent years a focus on the non-contentious private client and commercial sectors.

Throughout his career, Paul has had a particular interest and leading role in the Island’s property sector and has acted for most of the Island’s largest property developers and now specializes in property transactions at the highest end of the market.

Paul’s extensive commercial experience includes mergers and acquisitions, business startup, relocation and restructuring and the practice of what he calls ‘business law’. With an entrepreneurial approach to the law, Paul considers he can bring to a client the benefit of over 20 years experience in Manx law and business, acting not just as Advocate but Trusted Advisor on a wide range of issues – ensuring a client never overlooks the bigger picture.

Paul set up the firm’s corporate and trust services offering over 4 years ago to provide a full service to private client and commercial clients, particularly with a focus on trust and corporate asset protection and holding structures.

With extensive knowledge and experience across a wide range of the private client and commercial fields, Paul is able to provide valuable overarching strategic input and personally supervises the firm’s major instructions.
